Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit.
Boxercise enhances sports specific senses, including hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Boxercise is also great for those children not engaged with traditional sports as it is essentially a fitness class based on fun!

Please ensure clothing is suitable and appropriate for the activity, whilst also ensuring the child or children have a water bottle in order to remain hydrated throughout the activity. If you provide a snack, please make sure they do NOT contain any nuts.

All coaches and instructors are highly qualified and experienced, are all DBS checked at the enhanced level, have up to date safeguarding certificates and first aid qualified.
