Booking a Class/Session
Upon receipt of a completed booking form and full payment from the parent/carer, PTC Sports will confirm the booking via an email to the email address provided.
Before making a booking, please ensure that your child is available to attend the class/session and meets the required conditions for participation in the class.
Refunds
Bookings cancelled within 14 calendar days of receiving the booking confirmation email are eligible for a refund, less either a £5 administration fee or 10% of the booking fee (whichever is greater), in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If your child attends any session during the 14-day cancellation period, you agree that the service has begun. If you subsequently choose to cancel within the 14-day period, you will be charged for all sessions delivered up to the date you notify PTC Sports of your cancellation. Any remaining balance will be refunded, less the applicable administration fee.
No refunds, credits, or replacement sessions will be provided for any sessions missed by a child, including but not limited to illness, holidays, family commitments, school trips, or any other absence.
If a session is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of PTC Sports, including but not limited to extreme weather, school closures, emergency school decisions, utility failures, or other unforeseen events, every effort will be made to reschedule the cancelled session. Where rescheduling is not possible, PTC Sports reserves the right to determine whether a credit or refund is appropriate.
Once your child has attended all booked sessions, or the booked term has been completed, no refund will be available.
After the 14-day cancellation period has expired, bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, except where required by law or at the discretion of PTC Sports.
