Developing strength and flexibility whilst working on the proficiency awards of Independent Gymnastics (IGA).

This is a recreational gymnastics session and will work on a range of apparatus including beam, floor, vault and springboards.

Please ensure clothing is suitable and appropriate for the activity, whilst also ensuring the child or children have a water bottle in order to remain hydrated throughout the activity. If you provide a snack, please make sure they do NOT contain any nuts.

All coaches and instructors are highly qualified and experienced, are all DBS checked at the enhanced level, have up to date safeguarding certificates and first aid qualified.
