Dodgeball is one of the most popular kids sports. Teams of six to ten players will split up on to two sides. The object of dodgeball is to eliminate everybody on the opposite team by throwing a rubber ball at them.
Avoiding the ball gives you a good cardio exercise and you can improve your leg and arm strength through jumping and throwing the ball. Trying to avoid the ball or catch the ball can also improve your hand-eye coordination.

Please ensure clothing is suitable and appropriate for the activity, whilst also ensuring the child or children have a water bottle in order to remain hydrated throughout the activity. If you provide a snack, please make sure they do NOT contain any nuts.

All coaches and instructors are highly qualified and experienced, are all DBS checked at the enhanced level, have up to date safeguarding certificates and first aid qualified.
