Parkour is a non-competitive sport that involves efficient movement around obstacles. There will be running, climbing and jumping!
Please ensure clothing is suitable and appropriate for the activity, whilst also ensuring the child or children have a water bottle in order to remain hydrated throughout the activity. If you provide a snack, please make sure they do NOT contain any nuts. All coaches and instructors are highly qualified and experienced, are all DBS checked at the enhanced level, have up to date safeguarding certificates and first aid qualified
